Hello and Welcome to my blog about cooking gluten free. I will be posting recipes that I have developed over the last 12 year of being gluten free and low crab in our diet. My husband and I are both sensitive to gluten, and sugar, so , I will not be posting very many dessert recipes. I will be posting recipes using in season ingredients that are from the farm or the freezer, cellar and cold storage.
In addition to raising our vegetables and cooking up a storm in the kitchen, I am a Art Quilter/Fiber Artist, so, there may be posts related to those subjects popping up once in a while. I hope you enjoy these posts and feel free to comment or ask questions.
