I forgot to add that this recipe makes great mini-meatballs. They would make a great buffet dish served in a sauce of Cultured Sour Cream. Just add sour cream to the cooled meatballs then heat the dish in a warm oven until the sour cream is bubbling. YUM! I use Daisy Brand or Wallaby Cultured Sour Cream.
